As the newest sport to be accredited by Sport England, Parkour UK has big plans to normalise the sport, drive commercial revenue and get more people doing Parkour across the country.
4global was commissioned to deliver a Strategic Plan, outlining the vision, mission, objectives and strategic priorities for Parkour UK. A key driver was identifying how Parkour can grow and commercialise through partnerships and engagement with commercial entities.
The sport has a global reach, extensive social media coverage and a huge international following, which is seen as an opportunity to ensure Parkour UK is financially sustainable and services the needs of people taking part.
4global undertook a comprehensive consultation exercise with stakeholders both in and outside of the sector, as well as completing a full commercial review of financial risks and opportunities. The output of the strategy is an innovative, unique and challenging strategy and action plan, which enables Parkour UK to continue to develop the sport and engage with wider audiences in a variety of ways.
