4GLOBAL’s Information Management System (IMS), which offers event organisers a reliable, user-friendly way to manage information and resolve incidents, was employed by the organising committee of the ICC 2015 Cricket World Championship.
The IMS enabled the ICC and their stakeholders to collectively capture, track and manage information to provide quality, real-time situation awareness and a ‘single source of truth’ on the status of the Cricket World Championship. This encapsulated everything from venue operations to issues and incidents, allowing the ICC to understand, respond to and resolve issues quickly and effectively. What’s more, the IMS maintained a 100 per cent uninterrupted availability record during the event.
