4GLOBAL supports National Governing Bodies and Sports Federations with SportsHub Intelligent Resources Module

As our industry and society as a whole faces unprecedented challenges, it’s more important than ever to stay connected, stay motivated and to keep moving.

The Intelligent Resources module powered by 4GLOBAL’s SportsHub, enables National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and their affiliate clubs to share rich and valuable multi-media content with members, instructors and coaches.

4GLOBAL launched the platform with England Athletics in March as a key part of their digital strategy to support the development of coaches in England by providing a diverse range of platform streaming video and text-based coaching materials.

Of the launch, Martin Rush, Head of Coaching and Athlete Development at England Athletics, said: “We’re excited to launch our new resource library on Athletics Hub as we continue to find new ways to assist the development of our coaches. This new tool is easily accessible and means that coaches can watch video content or read text-based material in their own time, in any location and at the click of a button. We will be continuing to enhance the offering within this online library over the coming months and we are pleased to be able to offer a new resource that will cover the full range of events for coaches of varying levels.”

Since formal sport participation has paused, leisure centres have closed and the population as a whole has been asked to stay at home, England Athletics has seen a significant increase in engagement in the platform and is now extending it to all UK Athletics Home Countries.

4GLOBAL is now identifying how we can support other NGBs and Sports Federations in the UK and overseas to deploy the Intelligent Resources platform.
